About the Role
A leading Technology and System Integration company is seeking an experienced and dynamic Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize all procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient sourcing of materials, equipment, and services that support complex technology and integration projects balancing cost, quality, and delivery timelines. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a proven ability to streamline operations across procurement and logistics functions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Duties
- Develop and implement procurement and supply chain strategies aligned with company goals.
- Set departmental objectives, KPIs, and budgets to ensure efficiency and cost optimization.
- Participate in formulating company-wide policies and long-term operational plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance and productivity within the department.
Procurement & Supply Chain Operations
- Manage the full procurement cycle for technology products, systems, and integration materials.
- Establish and maintain procurement and contract management policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and negotiate with suppliers and service providers to secure optimal terms.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support ongoing projects.
- Supervise logistics, shipping, and customs clearance activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify new suppliers and partners in coordination with technical, operations, and quality teams.
People Management
- Lead and mentor the procurement and logistics teams to achieve strategic and operational goals.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance appraisals, and training needs assessments.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Procurement ROI and cost savings achieved
- Purchase order cycle time and on-time delivery rate
- Compliance with procurement policies and standards
- Supplier performance and service quality
- Procurement operating cost as a percentage of total spend
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management, preferably within the technology, systems integration, or engineering sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

- Deep knowledge of supply chain and logistics operations
