Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Fleet Sales Consultant. The role involves identifying and developing business opportunities within the fleet sales segment, promoting and selling vehicles to corporate clients, leasing companies, and government sectors. The Fleet Sales Consultant will play a key role in achieving sales targets, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing tailored mobility solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential fleet clients, including corporate entities, leasing companies, and government organizations.
- Promote our vehicle models, features, and fleet offers, tailoring solutions to meet client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver customized proposals, quotations, and fleet tenders to clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Negotiate terms and close fleet sales in alignment with company policies and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including logistics, finance, and aftersales, to ensure timely and efficient vehicle delivery and service support.
- Stay informed about the latest fleet trends, pricing structures, and competitor offerings.
- Represent the company at trade shows, corporate events, and exhibitions to showcase fleet capabilities and build brand awareness.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback summaries for management.
- Provide ongoing support to fleet clients post-sale, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
